Care & cleaning of stainless steel:
Stainless steel is a material that will last a long time, look good and be easy to look after if you take care of it. Follow these simple steps to keep it looking its best: For daily cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth with warm water and mild dish soap. Dry it straight away to stop water spots. For tough stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or a paste of baking soda and water. Rub gently in the direction of the grain with a microfibre cloth. Avoid using strong chemicals (like bleach or ammonia), steel wool, or abrasive pads, and don’t leave wet items on the surface for a long time.
To restore the shine, apply a small amount of mineral oil or stainless steel polish using a soft cloth. Buff gently.
If you take care of your stainless steel regularly, it will stay looking elegant and spotless for years to come.
Care & cleaning of highly polished stainless steel:
To keep the highly polished stainless steel surfaces looking their best, follow these simple tips: For daily cleaning, wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges. Avoid abrasive cloths or sponges that can scratch the surface. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap diluted in warm water and a non-abrasive cloth. Wipe gently, then dry immediately with a clean, soft cloth to prevent water stains. Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, ammonia-based cleaners, steel wool, scouring pads or abrasive materials.
Pro tip: We purposely do not protect or paint our polished stainless steel surfaces. We want the raw material to react, mature and age so that every touch leaves its mark. Thanks to this, each product becomes an unpredictable, personal and unique image, painted with its own history.
